Defending sexual predators is vile IMO. I know that's apparently a controversial opinion these days but there you go.

opebo has certainly defended sexual predators, but his action in Thailand, though illicit, represent voluntary transactions. Either that, or both that and the sweatshops in the developing world are exploitative.

And his okcupid profile indicates a strict preference for the 18+

So what on earth are you defending? Do you think the owner of the Atlas Forum should tolerate a poster who posts a link to a nude picture of a 14 year old actress? What other valuable assets should he not have overlooked in order to allow opebo to continue to post here?

I'm not aware of any nude pictures of this nature but certainly, I am not willing to personally defend the posting of pornographic material. This may have taken place before I joined, but if that's so I'm not sure why he's only being banned now.

I'm not defending anything about him in actuality. I simply happen to share admiration for his contributions with a number of other posters, newer and more established alike.

Even though I'm not immune from engaging in avatar solidarity movements, it is trolling, just a bit. 

I don't like having to the same avatar as too many other people. I'm sure it confuses others as much as it confuses me.
