Basically the first thirteen people who came to mind who post regularly in judiciary-related threads and who I think care about the quality of judicial reasoning and generally make cogent points about the law. I didn't pay attention to the ideological balance while compiling this list, but eyeballing it, it looks like most "socially liberal" precedents should be safe unless a couple of the yellow avatars go full judicial minimalist. I count at least 8 votes out of 13 for upholding the ACA and other kinda-technocratic-kinda-social-democratic type laws.
