I hate days off.

I wish I could be working all the time, like all the time. Like I wish my office never closed. I even hate sleeping. Days off put me in such a depressed mood.

There is nothing worse than when I'm caught up with everything and can't do anything other than just sit around and think and wait for something to do.

I hate it. I hate days like today.

... You okay?

Ended my time on nights in glory as I picked up 12 hours OT this weekend.

Its miserable to be so exhausted that one falls asleep at 4:00 pm only to wake up feeling fully awake in the middle of the night.

I just switched from night shift to day shift on Monday and I definitely feel ya there.

Working on my final project and I somehow break the computer by pressing ctrl and scrolling simultaneously at an inopportune time. I’ve got 3 hours to beat a deadline.

^ I have never been so "swept off my feet" by a city as I have with Prague.  Not that I wasn't expecting a cool city, but I guess I was never aware of how happening it actually was.  Cheap as HELL, too.

Beautiful women, friendly people, great beer, cheap day to day stuff... what's not to like?

Dammit, my spring break is already booked elsewhere.

i'm so stressed out and pissed off all the time and i don't even know why. probably because i'm working nonstop and barely sleeping but i can't let myself give in. i just have to keep telling myself that if i stop working so much or sleep more i'm lazy and weak. i can keep going. i know it. it'll be better someday.

If you can’t find out how to enjoy rest, how can you say the money is even worth it?

Wrapped up my semester today with a paper submission that, in theory, I only need a 75% on to get my desired grade. Now dealing with the blank plane of purposelessness that yawns before me for three weeks. Is this why I stay in school!?

For anyone wondering, I haven't posted in a while because basic training takes away your phone.

So yeah, I joined the Army. College wasn't gonna pay for itself, so Uncle Sam will pay for it. I'm in the reserves, so I can start college next year. With my army tuition assistance plus the fafsa and the support the college itself gives me, I'll graduate debt free.

Congrats, good luck with everything!

Bought some new art supplies. Just paper and markers, but might as well do something now that I have to adjust to both full Saturday-Sunday weekends and no homework (coming from an environment of night shift + school as recently as two weeks ago).

Drinking a £2.50 can of water to fight the hangover from a long night of drinking last night.

My reaction to almost any Santender post in this thread (credit to Reddit and Lucasfilm).

Christmas Day. Finished rewatching the 1984 “A Christmas Carol” starring George C. Scott. Truly some fantastic lines both from Mr. Scott and the gentleman who played the ghost of Christmas present (“In the eyes of Heaven, you are less worthy and fit to live than millions of these children!”). What’s interesting is that the conundrum of Mr. Scrooge—a man who shooed off everyone he loved for the sake of material security—seems so relevant today. Currently on “It’s A Wonderful Life”.

I have no idea why you hate traction so much. Seems every one of these pictures is some Converse-style shoe.

Go to New York, London, Paris, Milan... this is what all the cool kids are wearing these days.

Not like streetwear shoes are meant for athletic feats.

Saw 1917 recently. Hit me at a core level. Fantastic film.

Hoping to see it, been too lazy to catch many movies on my list while they were in theaters.

In my reflections on Friday night, I realize that conversation was enjoyable and organic but that I have no further ambitions there. I had been anticipating far less so it was a pleasant surprise at the time. And yes, Saturday went well so that is coloring my perspective. Supposed to go ice skating next weekend. Still have to either do some verbal maneuvering or ghost-via-indecision (which unfortunately is my likely move as I put off the possibility of difficult conversation) in regards to the first girl. Strange, strange times these are.

Very glad to hear things are going well, Clarko. Awesome news on your life abroad, and slightly jealous (though, not my preferred country of relocation)!

Warren volunteer stopped by my house today. First instance I've seen of that happening, well, anywhere I've lived. I appreciate the effort, though in my case it may not be put to good use.

In any case, had second date yesterday. More questions than answers right now on my part.

Just saw three douchebag kids going out for lunch wearing heather grey Patagucci vests with the logo of some Tier Z PE.  Poop
Patagonia = Slap on sight
Oh, I wear the same thing lol.

Fratagonia? Hell yeah.

TSLA has just joined the trillion dollar club. Elon Musk is seen dancing on stage with his new Grimes lovechild. The baby cannot yet walk on its own, but has been strapped into a mech suit and is able to dance via neural ink.

NOT-QE has been extended indefinitely and permabears are being dragged out into the streets and guillotined by order of the Fed Chairman. wallstreetbets autists have finished buying up Detroit to establish an SEC-free zone.

Art. At once both thrilling and terrifying.
