...Someone voted twice in the Presidential election, and then another person didn't vote in the VP election. There are 19 votes for President and 16 for VP.
It sucks, but there's not much I can do about it unless they wish to out themselves.
Cathcon proposed awhile back going to strictly 1 vote (since IRL you can't be in the Senate and House) but I don't think anybody finds that particularly desirable.
Rather than five options and two votes, you could have given six options and one vote: Cleveland/Smith, Cleveland/Teller, Custer/Smith, Custer/Teller, Vance/Smith, and Vance/Teller.
