A conservative is a person who has respect for the basic principles of civilization and of inalienable rights.

Chirac has NO respect for civilization and despises inalienable rights (he favors wrongs).

Yes, Chirac is anti-American because America is buildt on those basic principles.

Chirac is simply slime.
