Compare his stance on immigration to the fascist parties I mentioned. It's basically the same thing.

Ok, let's go at it this way.  The concepts usually attributed to fascism are:

Nationalistic:  Has he called for turning the nation inward?  No.
Authoritarian:  Has he called for the creation of a single-power police state?  No.
Militarism:  Is militarizing the border the same as militarizing the nation?  That's probably debatable.
Corporatism:  Does he report to and/or empower an unelected body that exerts control over a region or industry?  If you don't count his constituents, none comes to mind.
Collectivism:  Does he endorse the Borg mentality?  No.

So far, you're striking out.
