None.  The only legal way to possess the drug is through a perscription, and then it's just to tease the brain in order to ease pain.  Everything else is illegal.

So do you two favor banning alcohol? A far more dangerous substance.

No.  Being "more dangerous" is dependent upon quantity.  While red wine - in moderation - has shown to have some genuine medical benefit to the drinker, marijuana does not.  Now, ask me if I think alcohol should be more regulated, I would say yes.  I am a big supporter of ABC stores.

(And no, I don't drink nor use drugs.)

I gather from many of your posts that you appear to be in favor of a very large and overbearing government.

Not really, just fine tuned.  Smiley

I guess we differ because besides from the DoD I favor gutting the government like a fish.

hahaha . . . believe me, there are many little things I think the states are better off taking care of rather than the federal government, but with that said, I think the federal government should set what the limits are and let the states operate from there.  Kinda like cops and speed limits.  The speed limit is set by the higher authority, but the cops are the ones who decide if they are going to snag a guy going 10 mph over the speed limit or just let him slide since the rest of the traffic is also going that speed.
