Highly or lightly is rather subjective, should be one for gamble moderately.   I do bet on sports on pretty much a daily basis, but generally in the range of $25-$50, a little higher on Sunday's during football season.   With that said, I only bet with $$ I can afford to lose.

any idea how much up or down you are overall?

Down maybe $6k in the two years since it started in NY.

if it's kept you entertained, that's a very reasonable price for a hobby.  Some people, as you know, spend far more than that just to do a thing a few times a year.

Yup, its exactly that a hobby that is entertaining.   I do stupid things like bet on the Islanders, but all in all never play around with funds I can't afford to lose or get in over my head.  General feeling is if I win great, but not expecting it and here is something fun that I'm okay spending some $$ on, but not doing enough to have any impact on my lifestyle
