There is no abortion ban on the ballot in Ohio. What I assume you're thinking of is the ballot initiative that would expand/protect abortion rights -- the opposite of an abortion ban, and something this hypothetical person would presumably be in favor of.

This. Although if anything, I suspect a minimum wage increase may well be likelier to clear a 60% threshold than an abortion rights amendment.
Or a somewhat pro-choice but otherwise partisan R who wants to ensure the legislature stays gerrymandered indefinitely.
