He definitely wouldn't have said this if he was still in office. He's probably trying to ease into so "No Labels" type of hustle. Regardless his opinion is as valid as anyone's outside of the investigation. The FBI doesn't just raid people without good cause and the judge who gave the warrant is a Trump appointee.

Has nothing to do with being obsessed. This has everything to do with Democrats trying to win future Elections. Democrats/Biden know as long as Trump can go around the Country exite the GOP Base they could lose Elections but if they lock him up they win.

I can guarantee you if Garland doesn't manage to indict Trump before the House changes hands in January his case will go up in smoke.

McCarthy, Stefanik have already indictated with strong Statements that they would protect Trump/stall the case and McCarthy already threatened to subpoena Garland and get his Records.

Garland will be impeached and so will Biden if Republicans take back the House.

The FBI director is a Republican. A Trump appointed judge signed off on the warrant. And trust me, no Democrat would have signed off on this out of fear of it looking political. Calling for Garland and Biden to be impeached is a political move, yet you don't realize how hypocritical you sound. That is sad.

Feeding into the false narrative that Biden had the FBI raid Trump's house for no reason is not moderate. It's a crazy conspiracy.

I can't believe I'm going against the thread grain for once, but by my appraisal, it's perfectly reasonable to demand an explanation when such unprecedented actions are taken.  It doesn't necessarily mean that Trump and friends aren't guilty of criminal actions, but it speaks more to the transparency that should exist.  

The problem is that people are trying to falsely accuse Democrats have raiding Trump's house over nothing when that simply isn't the case. And with that said the only person owed an explanation immediately was already notified. You all want to blame Biden, Clinton, Pelosi, etc. but you are radio silent on the fact that Trump can release the warrant now. It's not going to hurt anyone to wait for the authorities to detail what all this is about.

It came to my mind yesterday that the documents had to have some sort of value because they weren't destroyed. If this were a case of Trump taking documents that were incriminating he would have just destroyed them as he allegedly did other documents. He kept those to sell or to use as a bargaining tool to flee to another country to avoid prosecution for something else. My guess is it was for money.

It takes a lot of justification to seize a passport. He is certainly a flight risk and if the FBI felt compelled to take his passport then the whatever potential charges that might be handed down are severe.
