Are you worried about Trump's mental health? Besides that, it's obvious that he's the one with actual health problems. He's clearly overweight which means he likely has high blood pressure and diabetes, as well as a risk for heart attack and stroke. Plus, it's not really hard to determine that he's on some sort of tranquilizer and possibly even a neuroleptic.
