Religion should be protected from government wherever possible... this is a violation of the separation of church and state- which was meant to protect the former not the latter!
Well, the decision is final and the church does not have veto power over the government. If Catholics don't like the rule, they don't have to provide the services that they do, it's as simple as that.
The law does not determine what religion should be.
