Des Moines for the weather.

Better than Atlanta, but the weather isn't really one of the positives about Des Moines either. Neither is cold enough.

I can't believe Des Moines is winning. There is an irrational love for the cold, flat midwest around these parts. Atlanta for me in a heartbeat.
