Perhaps, although I'm a bit skeptical toward the paleo diet. In any case, living an enjoyable life is far more important than living a long one.

I don't know how it could get better than eating lots of meat and fish...

Nothing wring with that. I just also sometimes want things like bread and potatoes. Wink
