despite our personal bickering, i know he'd make a better president.

Actually, it is a moderate tax cut for 4/6 brackets.

And a raise of the others.

Which cancels it out and there is nearly no net change and I submitted $32 billion a year in spending cuts with an additional $200 billion a year on the way.

Which taxes are you trying to raise, and which ones are you trying to cut?

4 lowest income brackets get a cut, second to highest no change, and highest 3% increase.

So if it cancels it out, what is the point?
better just have only 2 brackets and cut the damn spending.

It helps poor Atlasians, that is the point.
