Don't forget replacing the banana with a banana split, hold the banana.

Of course, the banana would add unnecessary calories to the dessert.

Friday is Cracker Barrell Day.  You guys can't expect him to quit everything at once!?!?

Really McDonald's would actually be okay if Bushie was serious.  Simply get one bacon and egg sandwich instead of two.  And a fruit cup or oatmeal if he was still hungry.   It's not just that he eats fast food but he gorges himself with multiple meals whenever he goes, shamelessly.

1.  Bushie why do you hate walking so much?

2.  How can anyone dislike tomatos?  Do you like any food that isnt processed?

1. He's never tried it.

2. He's never tried it.

I really think Bushie is just afraid to make the change.  I seriously doubt he's ever tested to see if he fills up on just one Bacon and Eggs plate or 1 sloppy joe.  It takes you 30 minutes to fill full.  He probably stuffs down his meals seconds, thirds, and all in 5 minutes and thinks he's dependent on eating as much as he does and the food that he does.

Look at the suggestion Duke made of the Grilled McChicken Sandwich.  Bushie went to McDonald's for dinner that night and still got a burger.  He can't even try a damn chicken sandwich because it's too different from his norm of burger much less vegetables and fruits.

It'll be interesting to see what kills Bushie first: a tornado or heart attack.

with the latest severe wx outbreak, bushie's 'diet' has been suspended until further notice.

Good.  He'll be going back to 3 sloppy joes instead of 4.

Did you have a traumatic experience with a chicken sandwich when you were a child, Bushie?  Perhaps choked on tomato skin?  Got food poisoning from salmonella laced lettuce leaf?

Or maybe the opposite.  Did a cow molest you as a youngin' and then you've vowed to eat nothing but beef and dairy for the rest of your life?

It is hilarious that everyone thinks that because I had 3 hot dogs with chips 2 bowls of rice krispies 4 sloppy joes with chips Mexican food 2 plates of bacon and eggs with toast a stuffed burrito with queso sauce 2 hotdogs and a bowl of Ramen noodles 2 grilled hamburgers an ice cream drumstick IHOP  a "smaller" McDonalds combo 2 taco salads 2 beans and cornbread 2 Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits and a hash brown a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with fries last night that I threw everything I was told earlier in the day out the window for good.  That is absolutely hilarious.  We've got a lot of comedians here. Tomorrow, my exercise will consist of about 1-3 hours of swimming in my cousin's pool.  While I don't know how to swim, I can at least glide along the shallow end of the pool width wise from side to side.  I can do that back and forth several times.  I'll also have maybe one or two grilled hamburgers that my Pastor will fix along with some corn and possibly a few cucumber slices on the side for lunch.  It depends on what they have to fix.  I won't eat a whole lot, as I want to be able to swim without being too full.

lol

How many hamburgers do you and your family eat a year? 1000?

The kiddie pool is not exercise.

It's not the kiddie pool, lol.  It is the full size in ground adult pool.  Swimming is exercise.

Gliding isn't.

It's better than just sitting on my hiney in the lawn chair beside the pool, no?

Yes, but it's worse than going for a walk.

Even if you cant swim, you can float on your back and move yourself forward by pushing your arms in and out. Anybody can do that and its a lot more active.

Bushie is frightened by chicken sandwiches.  I doubt he can trust he won't drown if he were to lean back in a pool.

Grilled pork chops, grilled hot dogs, and primarily grape kool aid.

The three food groups.

Bushie's OCD behavior works good for monotonous jobs like data entry.  Call centers were wrong for him because of his tourrettes, but I'd definitely hire Bushie to sit at a computer and enter in information for hours on end.

Here's a job in the Dallas area Bushie could probably do:

While it may not be the prudent thing to do to drive down to Fort Worth every other month, there is nothing stopping me from being a nerd and bookmarking all the Dallas/Fort Worth TV Stations websites and watch the weather forecast for the DFW area nearly every night!

Classic BushOklahomaKenyaFtWorth!

Bushie I have the perfect job for you.  The suite caterers at Cowboys Stadium need a data entry guy.

http://legendshm.teamworkonline.com/teamwork/r.cfm?i=43746

It's not year round and it's probably not good pay obviously but you love sports and you know how to operate a computer.  Move to Arlington and pair it with something at Rangers Park for the summer.   Even concessions.  You'll actually love it and stick to it because it's your interest.

Ok, so here's a spatial test, which gives you a score. The answers are at the bottom, so don't scroll all the way down. FWIW, I got a 13.
http://www.kent.ac.uk/careers/tests/spatialtest.htm

Man, that test is boring.  I got an 11, but got tired by question 13 and answered C for the rest.  I was 10/13 for the ones I actually did try.

Bushie has a bachelor's degree.  That's all you need to get a job.  I don't think he should pursue CAD.

He likes sports and church.  I say he tries to get a desk job somewhere if he does move to Dallas with one of the sports franchises.  I already pointed one out for the caterers.

Anyway, my dinner consisted of the following:

Subway:
Footlong ham and cheese on white, mustard, pickles, and lettuce only.
No chips, no cookies
Large Diet Coke.

580 calories for a grand total on the day of 1,310.

EDIT:  I've had 1,290 today.

Subway.com says that's 750 calories, but ok.

Drinking water and walking could alleviate these headaches.  Also get away from the computer

Get off the damn computer screen if you have a headache and drink some water, and get some fresh air even.
