There may be a larger percentage of white Democratic voters in West Virginia than in Georgia, but you can be sure that pretty much all of the white Obama voters in Georgia are socially liberal whereas you can't say the same for West Virginia.

And don't assume that all of Georgia's African Americans are socially conservative. Atlanta has a ton of young, successful cosmopolitan black people who are very socially liberal. Atlanta is the black gay capital of America after all....
