As a Georgian, I speak for residents of Georgia when I offer my sincere apologies for our selection of Newt Gingrich in the Super Tuesday primaries. Maybe if he had more of a race here he might have been more pressured to drop out. But you know how we are down here. We'll vote for the Georgian in the race no matter how inept and unelectable he may be. Do I need to bring up Carter's 15 point victory here in 1980?
