2002 was a referendum on impeachment. Pryor won because he was indep of the Clintons. No, Bill wouldnt have won, Hilary had won in 2000 for NY senate, just like Gore, he was seen as a liberal after presidency
If the 2002 election in Arkansas was a referendum on impeachment, it was one the Republicans lost.
