No. Apart from what BRTD said, I don't think that traditional exonyms should be changed just because the peoples they apply to want them to be (and it would be rather hypocritical of me to think otherwise, considering my position on the Gypsies) This excludes obviously offensive exonyms, which doesn't seem to be the case here. Another reason is that in my native language there has not been the same shift as in English and Eskimos is still the preferred term.
