     The running dogs of the federal establishment require that all Liberty Caucus members be RPP, unfortunately. If you want, you can apply to be an honorary member. Smiley

?  Are there rules?  He could just become an independent and caucus RPP, right?

You could always rewrite your bylaws to circumvent that like the Right-to-Life Caucus did.

How would I do that?  Just change the rules myself?
I guess you could technically do that (if you don't have any bylaws at all right now), but consent of the people is always a good idea.
