If you wish to create your own party, all you have to do is make an announcement and register yourself as one I think.

However, I would recommend against splitting the conservative vote by creating another party.

I think it's too late to run in the current election.  You should be eligable to run next time around though.

Like the Republican party in real life, there are many shades of Repubican here.  There are moderate Northeastern Republicans like myself.  There are the very religious conservative Republicans from the south; StatesRights is a good example.  All are welcome as long as you support the concepts of limited goverment and individual responsiblity.

Maybe, maybe not.  Either way, it would split the Republicans, which is what the Democrats and the Progressives want.
