It's more an example of So Bad It's Insulting. Whoever made it is apparently too stupid to figure out that politicians nowadays are nowadays are nowhere near smart or competent enough to form conspiracies.

You know, it takes a lot to make me say something like this, but I've decided that David Dees needs to be shot. Not, of course, on account of him not obeying some supreme world leader, but on account of him being a fearmongering, inbred headfuck. Personally, I really want to know what sick pile of dog shit actually takes it upon himself to make lying, disgusting propaganda filth like this for a cause that should really have no place in modern society, considering that the conspiracies it's meant to be fighting against don't even exist in the first place.
