The $10 bill is a good one to put him on.

I want to keep FDR on the dime because it was FDR who came up with the March of Dimes.

His presidency was dismal though.

Presidents are on the bill because of their actions and merits as president.

I know he had a bad presidency, but I didn't put him on there.
