Actually conflicted. On the one hand, this sort of behavior should definitely be illegal, but on the other hand I feel like it's probably covered by preexisting sexual harassment law and having a specific law is probably an invitation to frivolous lawsuits. Lean Aye (R ), but would like to know some context of why this is being brought up now in MA. Didn't vote.

How so? Do you mean that someone takes a picture without ill intent, and it happens to show underwear/buttcrack/cleavage/etc., and that person sues?

Pretty much, yeah. BRTD's post led me to vote Aye (R ), but I'm still not 100% sold.
