Yes, of course. It's perfectly edible, and I see no reason businesses shouldn't be able to sell it if there isn't a market.

I wouldn't be averse to trying horse meat (of course, considering I regularly eat the stuff that comes out of our school cafeteria, perhaps I already have). However, you should all be averse to trying kumiss. I had some in NY once; it's hard to think of any other food which screams 'acquired taste' more.
