Handzus 26 leads Keystone Phil and Andrew 6-4-4, respectivly.

Actually, thats 6-5-4.  Smiley

Round 2 brings us to a tie, 7-7.

Handzus26 would win the tie, due to having more first preference votes than Keystone Phil.

In 2B, Bono has pulled into the lead with 3 votes, to Umengus 2 and Migrendel 1.  Round 2 is another tie at 3-3, which Bono wins.

This race has had the lowest voter turnout.  2 of the candidates havent even voted yet.

Is there any way you can indicate on your page that there is a vote in dispute?  Thats the case in two different elections.

There should be a runoff in 5B.  Hobbes wins the tie between him and Platy, due to having more of StevenNicks second preferences.  So Platy gets eliminated.  Runoff vote result is StevenNick 6, Mr. Hobbes 4.

Fritz whats the % turnout for this election?

As of right now, 48.33%.  Thats counting 3 people who voted in 2A but didn't vote in their "B" race (including NixonNow, whose vote is in dispute.  I'm also counting Kodratos.)

No, they don't have to resign until actually elected or appointed to another post.  Migrendel did not have to resign from the court to run for Senate.

With Bens vote, after run-off the race in 2A is 9-9 counting the disputed vote, and 9-8 Akno if the vote is disqualified.  I hope Akno can get one more vote so we don't have to go to court over this!

Is the disputed vote that of NixonNow?

Yes.
