You know your argument is crap when even the Wisconsin State Supreme Court won't hear your case.

This court basically has 3 Justice Alitos, 3 Justice Sotomayors and one Justice Roberts.  The election in April that flipped a seat R->D was almost surely decisive for the outcome of this case.

I'm not sure if it wouldn't have mattered for the outcome, maybe it would, but the case would have definitely have been heard.

Isn't Hagedorn almost a Nega-Roberts in that he's a dyed-in-the-wool socon but gives moderate-to-moderately-liberal rulings on other issues whereas Roberts is swingy-to-liberal on culture war issues but a fairly run-of-the-mill conservative judge otherwise?

Yeah, Hagedorn is very much against the illiberalism of the Republican Party and the other three judges on the court. So far appears to give legitimate credence to precedent. It does appear that he may vote to overturn the mask mandate, which would be bad, but I have a good feeling he would be against the Republicans gerrymandering the state via resolution.

It's like these court challenges never end. You'd think courts would have a system in place to prevent similar cases from being heard multiple times.

You gotta love the MAGA response.

Since the Texas case is now on the docket, it means that the SCOTUS will just overturn the election through that case, not this one.

Ignoring the fact that being on the docket only means someone filed the right paperwork, not that the court will actually agree to hear anything.

Yeah, they are dismissing this loss because it will obviously be the Texas case that does it! Duh!

Welp, the Wisconsin State Supreme Court is operating as horrifically as one can imagine:

The Wisconsin case? It got remanded to a lower court after WISC denied original jurisdiction 4-3. Now it's been appealed back to WISC and will almost certainly fail 4-3 again. I'd be more concerned if Hagedorn hadn't had some of the most scathing things to say about Team Trump's behavior of any judge in the country in his concurrence the last time it was in front of them.
Do yk when we will know?

I would imagine before Monday.

Wisconsin State Supreme Court rejects Trump's lawsuit:

The vote count is all over the place, so not exactly sure what the breakdown is yet.
