I'm more amused by what's going on out west. Cascadia's biggest presence is in Arizona, lol. Also if he can block off Bgwah he'll be able to have total control all the way to Western Missouri.

I would rather leave the spaces open, I enjoy the process of consolidating my territory when the time is right, which will be soon.

Boone County, WV
Logan County, WV
Mingo County, WV
McDowell County, WV

And to take the 5 I missed before:

Washington County, VA
Russell County, VA
Dickenson County, VA
Ashe County, NC
Wilkes County, NC

I already have Wilkes County, NC and there is no connection between McDowell County and either Dickenson or Russell County.

Putnam, NY - 100,000
Orange, NY - 373,000
Rockland, NY - 312,00
Bergen, NJ - 905,000

TOTAL POPULATION - 16,156,000

Sorry I have less turns then you and I decided to change my claim to this:

The Imperial Empire decides to defend its Northern border:

Duchess County (297,488)
Sullivan County (77,547)
Ulster County (182,493)

We have no rule against changing claims in the middle of a turn, so I am in the clear. You still have 5 county claims. Cheesy

How can we make a new rule ex post facto? I wouldn't be opposed to having that be a rule in future rounds, but I did nothing wrong. Also it was Ampere that violated our agreement that we had.

Nix: I will give you all of the counties that I have in Georgia and South Carolina for the counties you just took in New York and New Jersey. Deal?
