Wow, pretty good. The district should still have a decent white majority though. It wouldn't be enough to elect a liberal black, but it would probably have a white Blue Dog or even a Sanford Bishop-type moderate black.

Fleming would be too conservative for the district, IMO, as the state average should be near even.

If you included Winn Parish, State Rep. Jim Fannin, a Blue Dog, would be a good fit for the district.
