I'm not even sure this legislation would be Constitutional (assuming our court wasn't stacked with liberal activists- the work of long time liberal domination of the Presidency and Senate).

The moderator general would have to be an Atlasia mod for this to work. For instance, Peter couldn't check the IP of a post in the Voting Booth. At least that's what I've come to understand from the moderators.
