I always felt TR to be a bit overrated, actually, but even if he were as good a president as most people think, I don't see how he could be one's favorite president given such presidents as, say, Lincoln.

Lincoln, who took no action whatsoever to stop the Civil War? Lincoln, who suspended habeas corpus? Lincoln who put out a BS emancipation that didn't really carry any weight?
