I think Abbott needs to pass a bill specificially authorizing this, if not it's unconstitutional!

So who exactly is going to be picking the fruit and working for dirt cheap on the farms? If Abbott could "solve" this problem 100% (which he cannot), he would have some sort of plan on how to make Texas function properly moving forward... right?

They’re going to want to force those low income/welfare city people to come live at the farms and pick the crisps….oh wait, that sounds familiar
