You can't take care of yourself let alone a dog and I doubt your family can afford one. Plus if you're leaving it outside shame on you for trying to keep a dog with no room in your trailer and for leaving it outside when it's malnourished and weak already. And if you mention the damn cat it means you shouldn't have the dog.
