Mitty/BushOK landslide

Map:

Utah and Massachusetts voting similarly.  When was the last time that happened?  Well, it would happen in this case.  Feel free to ask for reasoning.

I'm too lazy for percentages, but this is the best Mitty could hope for:

It's too bad, since he definitely doesn't deserve to lose like this.

Why do you have MA going for mitty over VT, NH, and ME?  MA is more populist than you think and very machine Democratic.  VT and NH I see more of a independent streak and mitty's politics fit there MUCH better than BushOK.

This map looks a lot cooler than it should (probably because of the Oregon - Nevada - Arizona corridor) but like BRTD said a hardline anti-gun position will bone Mitty in the Interior West (and maybe New Hampshire + Maine? How are they on gun control?).

That being said I voted for BushOK in this poll just in principle against someone creating a matchup with themselves in it.

I took into consideration partisanship vs. independence streaks.  The reason I picked the Pac Northwest, Nevade, and Arizona for mitty is because of that.  Montana and Wyoming= tough calls.  I went CA as Dem because I think BushOK's populism could appeal to the Hispanic voter and there's some partisan Dem activity in the Bay Area.  BushOK would definitely win most of the South, but the midwest isn't so easy.  This truly is a tough map to call.
