What happens if its a 60-60 deadlock? Does there have to be a 61 vote majority to confirm a PM or what happens in a tie scenario?

Presumably the exit poll projections are being updated as real results come in so the projections at this stage should be far more reliable than they were right when the polls closed

How do we know its only temporary?

Does the Israeli labour movement (i.e. the Histadrut) still have an organic link to the Labour Party and does it endorse Labor and encourage all union members to vote that way. I think a pretty significant chunk of Israelis belong to a union so wouldn't that give them a lot of votes or have their ties to labour withered?
