Don't know enough about Harris and Bullock. Probably Cory Booker, but Kristen Gilibrand seems like a good choice too. I like Joe Biden, but he is too old as he will be in his late 70s by 2020. Elizabeth Warren is way too left wing and she would just alienate the suburban voters they need to win. She might bring out the millennials in bigger numbers but this would be offset by loss of the 10% Romney-Clinton voters who would either not vote, vote for Trump reluctantly, or vote for a third party. Also she would not pick up the Obama-Trump voters. Most of the Obama-Trump voters were already leaning that way so about 1/3 can be won back, but 2/3 were heading in the Republican direction to begin with and of the 1/3 who can be won back, someone as left wing as her won't win them over.
