Most right-wing of these Canadian provincial parties

Since our parties are so leader centric it depends on leader, but right now Ontario PC's by a mile. However when Patrick Brown was leader or John Tory it was more debatable as the party seems to have a sharp divide between the Bill Davis wing which is fairly centrist and John Tory and Patrick Brown fell under vs. Mike Harris wing which is very right wing by Canadian standards and both Hudak and Ford come from that side although Ford is more your right wing populist.

If I had to rank conservative parties from least to most at the moment (note they change as leaders change), it would be

1.  UCP
2.  Ontario PCs
3.  Saskatchewan party
4.  Manitoba PCs
5.  CAQ
6.  BC Liberals
7.  NB PCs
8.  NS PCs
9.  NL PCs
10.  PEI PCs

Federal Tories would be comparable to Ontario PCs and Saskatchewan party while right of those below and not quite as right wing as UCP.  Heck Ontario PCs would have been a lot further down when Patrick Brown was leader and likewise Alberta PCs near the bottom when Redford was leader while similar to Manitoba PCs under Prentice, so a lot changes when leaders change.

For Liberals from right to left

1.  BC Liberals
2.  Quebec Liberals
3.  NS Liberals
4.  NL Liberals
5.  PEI Liberals
6.  SK Liberals and MB Liberals
8.  Alberta Liberals
9.  NB Liberals
10.  ON Liberals

Federal Liberals would be comparable to NB and ON Liberals at the moment, but under Chretien/Martin more like Atlantic Canada Liberals.  The three prairie provinces are small and irrelevant.  Alberta party would be comparable to NL and PEI Liberals.
