This is a 4-2-2 map. Colored accordingly.

2 majority AA districts, 1 plurality. The district north of Baltimore is D+1.5 and the district south is D+2.9. The Delmarva district is R+9.64 and Western Maryland is R+11.23

How? Republicans can expect mid 30's to low 40's across the state and in this map only get 25%. With a D tilt in the two competitive districts a GOPer winning would have to really earn it.
