Apparently the new mayor of bursa in his old role caused a minor crisis by implementing a 20 percent quota for lgbt people in neighbourhood councils, leading to the district literally running out of gays and lesbians able to serve. I love Turkish secularists lol.

He should use the situarion to attrack western LGTB investors. It would probably end up in gentrification but also help creating a safe place for turkish LGTB people.
