I with there was a Co-Presidency in American system so Wallace can handle domestic affairs while Truman foreign policy.

Anyway Wallace was genuinely good man, truly concerned about improving lives of his fellow citizens. As Secretary of Agriculture he was simply brilliant. Regarding foreign policy he was simply naive. He wasn't a communist and such accusations are absurd. FF.
