I like Joe and I'd be gald to see him as President. If Obama administration be popular in 2016 (assuming he'll be reelected), Biden should clinch the nomination and I would imagine Obama endorsing him over other candidates.

One problem: He'll be 74. Thus he better serve one term (Reagan left office at 78)

So what?  8 years out, he thinks he'll run?  74 is very different from 66, and he'll discover that.

It just 2 years more than McCain in 2008

Beside old leaders are all but rare in world history: de Gaulle, Adenauer, Meir, Churchill, Mitterrand...
