Say he wins Americans Elect, is on the ballot in all 50 states and starts racking in the bucks to run a real campaign and is allowed into the debates.

The Republican is Santorum or Romney (I know I know, this could change quite a few votes depending on who is the R).

Also discuss with maps unless you think he couldn't win even if he's given this hypothetical scenario.

Roemer doesn't bring anything to the table. Walker would need a VP with a name, experience, prestige, money, or multiple ones of the above
