From an objective standpoint I would say Reagan.
Don't get me wrong, I hated his policies and thought he was a dickhead. However, Bush Sr. (no matter how people on here try to slice his supposedly more "moderate" presidency) was pretty much Reagan Derp plus failure.
And before somebody brings up the infamous "OMG BUSH TAX INCREASES!!!" don't get me started on how many taxes Reagan raised during his eight year presidency. The only REAL difference between the two in regards to tax policy is that Bush was stupid enough to say "NO NEW TAXES!"
So yeah, I guess a very slight Reagan vote.
