Sorry. Had to get it out. The more I re-read the posts, the more I want to write in that paragraph. Really, who're using the word "Brown" more? The alleged racists, or you? First time I use the word "brown" was now, and to make a point.

Having been on this forum for a certain length of time (I believe almost a year or so) surely you good sir would know that I do not refrain at all from using politically incorrect terms and that I use jokingly overblown exaggerations of opponents to occasionally poke fun not only at them, but at myself as well.
That isn't to say I don't stand by my initial vote for JCL.  In my mind, though I don't agree with JCL on everything his policies would be preferable to George Bush.  I don't think the Patriot Act was a grand idea, and I don't think an interventionist foreign policy is the greatest idea in the world.  I do advocate military force.....IN SELF DEFENSE.  Therefore, JCL, though I have misgivings about his personal outlook on life, has more preferable stances regarding civil liberties and foreign policy.  And it isn't like Bush would've been any more socially permissive than JCL.
Secondly, my comment to Kal about the differences between a neocon "bombing browns" and "anti-immigrant reactionaries" was meant to be satirical in nature.  Kal made (in my mind a joke comment) and so I countered with my own joke comment.  Of course Neocons don't bomb browns, they just have a misguided foreign policy just like supporters of immigration limitations don't really (well at least most of them) don't care if the immigrants are brown, they just want to limit the amount of people coming to the US.  Again, my comment there was meant to be an exaggeration to poke fun mostly at myself (ie taking some of my beliefs to an extreme and making a fake strawman of the opponent).  A lot of the convos between myself and Kal, for good reason, shouldn't be taken so seriously.
The last thing I would accuse neocons or George W. Bush of being would be that they are against illegal immigration.  If anything Bush is more pro-illegal immigration than me, so the idea that I'm linking the two groups, neocons and anti-illegal immigration advocates is missing the mark.
To me killing is killing, killing a black man doesn't make anyone more racist than killing a white man.  Killing an Iraqi is no more racist than me killing a white Texan.  Killing is killing and I bet you will find a post of mine where I disagree with "hate crime" legislation because I believe "hate crime" legislation is misguided.  If the US were involved in a meaningless war in Africa I would say they were "bombing blacks", I would refer to the NATO bombing in Kosovo or wherever as "bombing Slavs" and I would refer to PIRA bombings on innocent Irish Protestants as "bombing alcoholics".  Chances are if you find a Mechapost that seems to take things to a ridiculous extreme it's probably not meant to be 100% serious.  You can't deal with the fact that I'm not about serious business on the internets kindly GTFO.

NOTE: I won't take this all out attack on me as anything personal.  If anything it's probably encouraging me to stay out of this side of the forum more and more.  So thank you.

I have no desire to bomb more browns. I have friends who happen to be browns. As for civil liberties, I'm far more open to the idea of the decriminalization of weed than Bush would ever be. I want to go back to pre 9-11 standards of airport security, I'd fight to deny the federal government the ability to have say regarding marriage.

Okay, because I myself get sick of people using the word "browns" when sarcastically referring to the views of people that are either against immigration, or against illegal immigration, and I'll usually take accusations of racism by people against me or someone with a somewhat similar ideology personally, because, well, I don't like being accused of racism.
And, yeah, I know that Bush was more pro-immigration than most Conservatives, and maybe most Republicans. So, yeah, sorry for the blow-up. I feel like writing some more to explain myself, but it wouldn't really clear anything up, so I won't. I just get annoyed when someone of an ideology at least somewhat similar to mine is accused of racism and murder because of their policies.

It's cool bro.  I'll be honest I had to re-edit my post a few times until I realized that "hey the way I said this could lead to it being misinterpreted by Cathcon so you know it really is just as my fault as it is his."  What I found is that if you look at things from a fresh perspective, from a read the lines left to right kind of perspective and not up and down, something you said can be misinterpreted.  So I apologize on my part.
Dude, it's not really your fault at all, I'm more to blame here because I do dick around a lot.  You won't believe how much trouble I got into when I was your age because I was not a serious person.  And being your age and have your hormones flying I understand how you could take something I said, especially something said in jest, so seriously.  When I was your age I got into all out shouting matches with other people over completely stupid sh*t, like whether metal was better than rap, going apesh*t on people who thought punk or hipster music was better than metal music, pretty much any music argument I guess, how Black Sabbath was the best rock band ever (and then later it became Yes), getting pissed at people who dissed professional wrestling, fighting over whether SNES or N64 was the better system, Darth Maul is the most overrated Star Wars character ever, John Cena is the biggest piece of crap ever, yada yada yadie.  I mean sh*t probably way stupider than what you exploded about earlier, so no biggie .

Please keep in mind I'm not American, but what's wrong with "browns" word?

I've never actually heard it in real life, but I assume it's a racial slur referring to people who are from Latin America, Africa, etc. The only times I've heard it used are when a poster sarcastically says what an "anti-immigration" person might be saying.

I didn't really hear "browns" used in debate until I got on here in 2009 and dead0man was making fun of Democrats for "only having qualms about bombing browns when a Republican is President."
So yeah most of the time when I say "browns" I'm referencing deadsie.

The truth was revealed earlier this month.  Why do you continue to be skeptical, especially after the fact that Obama keeps releasing every form requested of him.  You don't think the people in charge of election registrations don't check to see if people qualify for president?  Now it's harder than ever to pull the wool over peoples' eyes.
