Why the hell is he making a list? What purpose would that serve? Why does he care so much if you've been "naughty" or "nice"? What happens to people on the "naughty" list?
Really? In some places Coal is considered a useful, especially in China. Or when you say "put coal in the stocking" is that really a code phrase for "he'll shove dynamite up your ass"?
How the hell else would he know if you've been good or bad? Does he have a cameras everywhere? Hidden microphones? Or does his Secret Elf Police find it out for him so he can eliminate, err I mean put dissenters on the "Naughty" list?
