Section 3 should simply say that they must apply for a certain number of jobs a month or apply for vocational training to be eligible should they be able-bodied.

I hope we can work on Amendments to this again in the next session since apparently the entire Senate went on a vacation in this last week or so.

Agreed, this bill is very meh-inspiring IMO.
