Protection of Mail In Ballot Act

Section I. This bill will be known as the Protection of Mail-In Ballots Act
Section II. Under no circumstances will the option for mail-in voting's be banned.
Section III. This act will prohibit any voting roll purges or other restrictions on voting rights without a court warrant.
Section IV.  This bill will take place effective immediately
