I'm not debating the accuracy of these polls, infact, I believe they are accurate. But, I just don't see why anyone would poll another country for an American election.

Don't conservatives frequently like to proudly remind as many people as possible that the US is the most powerful and influential nation on the planet?  Well, believe it or not, the rest of the world tends to agree.  Consequently, they often show an active interest in our process of deciding the inhabitant of our - and the world's - highest office.
