Yeah but who cares? No one really has any sort of obligation to their country. Russian expats who try to undermine Putin are traitors to their country too. What matters more is that he met with someone who is reprehensible to citizens of ANY country.
No, Russian expats who try to undermine Putin are doing their country a service by working to overthrow a tyrant who is exploiting and oppressing it. A Mexican leader who coddles Drumpf, on the other hand, is being complicit to an agenda that is overtly harmful to Mexico's interests (it's also, of course, harmful to America's interests, but less overtly so).
